IMM Incorporated

Founded in 1989, IMM is a complete turnkey organization specializing in timeshare, resort, hotel, casino, and club house design, procurement, installation, remodeling,a nd construction.  Three companies compose the hospitality group - IMM for procurement and design, Palomar Construction Corporation for kitchen design and fieldwork in the Western United States and Mexico, and IMM Caribbean Incorporated which handles all the needs of our Caribbean clients.

The primary thrust of our organization is to bring together the most advantageous components available in the hospitality industry and tailor those components to meet the needs of our clients projects in the most affordable and quality conscious way. IMM is project driven and conscious of the fact that resort and hotel profitability are time sensitive. As such, IMM plans and prepares its projects to eliminate problems and maximize savings for our respective clients.

IMM has compiled over 188 projects and currently schedules an average of twenty projects per year. We take pride in the fact that over 95% of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.  It is our goal to build long term business relationships with our clients through dedication, service, quality craftsmanship and superior products.
